The government of Hong Kong has implemented that ALL travelers are required present Hong Kong Health Declaration Form at Hong Kong’s control points as a part of COVID-19 containment measures . This form is obtained through an online application before arrival.

iVisa, an online visa and documentation services company, has started offering online application service for Hong Kong Health Declaration Form.

The process of the application for this document is very simple and quick to complete.

Once your application is submitted and accepted, you will be given a QR code which you must show at immigration at the control points in Hong Kong.

IMPORTANT INFO

●Hong Kong Health Declaration Form is currently required for ALL nationalities, including Hong Kong citizens who have visited other countries and are returning to Hong Kong.

● Travelers must have a passport with at least 6 months of validity from the planned date of entry.

● You can apply for the Hong Kong Health Declaration Form up to 24 hours in advance of your arrival in Hong Kong.

● The Hong Kong Health Declaration Form has the purpose of facilitating the entry to Hong Kong but it DOES NOT replace a visa (always check your visa requirement of your nationality).

● You will need Hong Kong Health Declaration Form at the following control points: Hong Kong International Airport, Hong Kong - Zhuhai - Macao Bridge, Lok Ma Chau, Man Kam To, Sha Tau Kok and Shenzhen Bay.

As with Hong Kong Medical Declaration Form, Vietnam Medical Declaration Form is obtained through an online application, that must be filled out and completed before entering Vietnam.

The process of the application for this document is very simple and quick to complete.

Once your application is submitted and accepted, you will be given a QR Code which you must show to the medical quarantine staff at the airport.

IMPORTANT INFO

● The Vietnam Medical Declaration is currently required for ALL nationalities, including Vietnamese citizens who have visited other countries and are returning to Vietnam.

●Travelers must have a passport with at least 6 months of validity from the planned date of entry.

● You can apply at any time. However, keep in mind that iVisa will keep your application on hold (before processing) until at least three days before your arrival in Vietnam to make sure that your medical declaration is as up-to-date as possible and you can get it in the required time frame.

● You can use Vietnam Medical Declaration Form at all international entries in Vietnam.
