1, Korean BBQ

Undoubtedly, the most popular Korean dish and something you have to eat at least once.  There are many Korean BBQ restaurants in Seoul so it can be overwhelming to decide where to eat. Some BBQ restaurants specialize in pork belly instead of beef.  Whatever the meat, the flavor is the best when cooked over charcoal fire instead of on gas grill.
